It might be the middle of the summer, but it’s never too early to start planning your trip to the 2017 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.
This fall, the Festival runs from August 31st to November 13th (yes…you read that right…75 days!!!) and Disney just released the schedule for the special events they will have this year.
From the Official Disney Parks Blog:
Popular series like the “Mix It, Make It, Celebrate It!” hands-on workshops are back, plus daily culinary demos and beverage seminars and cheese seminars on select Saturdays in the Festival Center. And extra-special dining and pairing events are happening at a number of Epcot World Showcase restaurants.
The very popular “Party For the Senses” celebrations are also back on select Saturdays and there will be select dining experiences at some of the specialty restaurants around the resorts.

Skipper’s Take: If you’ve never been to a Food and Wine Fest…well, what are you waiting for? The event is extremely popular and my family absolutely loves attending. And even my two incredibly picky eaters that I call kids still talk about some of the adventurous food options that they tried (especially the Butter Chicken at the Africa pavilion). This is a great time to visit the parks…just be sure to come hungry and thirsty!
